Currently out of the office on an extended sabbatical. An initiate of several ancient wisdom traditions including Buddhism, Hinduism, Kabbalah, and Mystical Christianity, Zachary Perlman has a reputation for being able to bring the wisdom of the ages out of the monasteries and into the marketplace.
In 2005, during a year of living and studying with Hindu & Buddhist monks, he completed over one thousand hours of meditation training in techniques from a variety of the world’s ancient wisdom traditions, and had the opportunity to study with several renowned scholars and spiritual teachers including Shinzen Young, author of The Science of Enlightenment. Shortly thereafter he studied with lay monks from Thich Nhat Hanh’s Order of InterBeing, and then took Buddhist vows and received initiation directly from His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
In 2007, Zach ventured further into multimedia development, helped manage internet marketing, product development, and multimedia projects for several of the world’s best-selling authors on self-development and human potential.
Becoming immersed in nonprofit work, by late 2009 Zach was working with the global interfaith community and was invited to speak and contribute ideas at the world’s largest interfaith conference, The Parliament of the World’s Religions.
In addition to growing his own website development company, Zach enjoys contributing to projects and directing programs at both for-profit corporations and nonprofit organizations in Los Angeles and around the world.
